InnoStar's Inhalation Evaluation Platform is a one-stop technical platform for preclinical evaluation of inhalation efficacy, pharmacokinetics and safety. With the introduction of large- and small-animal oro-nasal exposure systems and lung liquid quantitative nebulizers, the platform has successfully established the technologies of endotracheal nebulization, oro-nasal exposure and transnasal drug delivery, and has successfully established the validation and testing technologies of inhalation preparation, including key quality parameters such as aerosol aerodynamic particle size ( APSD), delivery dose, deposition dose, etc., on the basis of the original solid non-clinical research. Based on the solid foundation of non-clinical studies, we have successfully established validation and testing technologies for inhalation formulations, including aerosol aerodynamic particle size (APSD), delivery dose, deposition dose and other key quality parameters, and supported the use of a variety of genera of experimental animals (rodents, canines and non-human primates, etc.) for the evaluation of non-clinical efficacy and safety, as well as metabolic kinetic characterization.
